Land and Sea Dinner
Our Land and Sea menu is available Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 to 9pm. We are not licensed to sell liquor but welcome you to Bring Your Own Wine.

Our dinner fare is considered American Eclectic where you will find old-school classics prepared with a "Crazy" twist.

Every weekend we offer fresh seafood and delicious steaks, pork, veal and chicken dishes. And we offer several satisfying vegetarian options. Dinner Specials are available with Prime rib as a house specialty.

Orange Glazed Scallops
Fresh sea scallops sauteed and finished with red onion, red peppers, orange marmalade and a splash of white wine.

Polenta Stuffed Portabella
Laced with marinara and topped with sauteed mushrooms and spinach.

Mussels a la café  
A pound of farm-raised Blue Mussels braised in herbed broth.

Pan-seared Crab Cake 
Served with Roasted Red Pepper Mayo.

Hummus Plate 
Homemade garlic and lemon hummus served with fresh cut veggies.

Artichoke Dip  
Our special blend of cheeses, Artichoke hearts, red peppers, scallions and seasonings, topped with provolone and tomatoes, baked and served with whole grain Parmesan toast.

All dinners served with house salad and choice of garlic smashed potatoes potatoes.

New York Strip Steak    
Hand-cut 12 ounce strip grilled and smothered with sauteed domestic mushrooms.

Chicken Marsala              
A classic! Sauteed chicken breast, domestic mushrooms and garlic, finished with a generous splash of Marsala wine and rich demi-glaze.

Chicken Cordon Blue    
Our version! Boneless chicken breast, stuffed with ham and domestic swiss, dipped in egg batter, pan-fried and served with sauce bechamel.

Somerset Pork Chop      
Our Frenched 10-ounce chop is grilled to perfection, glazed with Maple bourbon bbq, served with grilled pineapple and apple pecan flap jacks. A house favorite!

Veal Saltimbocca             
Tender cutlet of veal stuffed with prosciutto, swiss cheese, and Italian herbs. Gently sauteed and finished with sweet Maderia wine sauce.

Veal Picatta       ...........     
Three medallions of tender veal, gently sauteed with garlic, lemon, capers, fresh parsley and a splash of Chablis.

Breast of Duck, Hunter's Style..     
Pan-seared breast of duck, finished with a light hunter's sauce of demi-glaze, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. This delicious dish is served on a bed of fresh spinach and garnished with duck bacon.

Salmon Florentine          

Grilled filet of salmon, served on a bed of sauteed spinach and tomatoes. Finished with butter, lemon, Chablis and a generous pinch of dill.

Glades Pike Salmon       
Grilled filet of salmon, glazed with maple bourbon bbq.. Served on a bed of spinach with roasted red peppers and toasted sesame seeds.

Scallops d’ Chef             
Pan-seared scallops finished with a light sauce of white wine, butter, garlic, tomatoes, and capers. Served on toast points.

“Somewhere near Maryland” Crab Cakes            
House-blend of sweet claw meat, back fin and lots of other secret stuff. Crisp on the outside, rich and moist on the inside. Served with our popular roasted red pepper mayo.

Tuscan Stuffed Cod      
Stuffed with our roasted zucchini, artichoke hearts, onions, tomatoes and peppers. Topped with basil pesto and finished with crumbled feta cheese.

Braised Seafood Delight    
Filet of cod, scallops, shrimp, mussels and clams braised in white wine, lemon, garlic, herbs, tomatoes and select seasonings. Seafood lover's best pick!

Pasta Primavera  .....             
Penne pasta, fresh tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, onion, and roasted red peppers sauteed in a traditional blend of olive oil, butter, select Italian herbs and garlic. This simple, yet delicious dish is finished with crumbled feta. Add your favorite topper!

Eggplant Rollatini   ............ 
Eggplant rollatini is pan-fried in olive oil and served on a bed of sauteed spinach, mushrooms, onions, roasted red peppers and asparagus. Finished with a rich pesto garlic cream sauce and crumbled feta cheese.
